As we are leveraging Zendesk for our support of Watson Workspace, a colleague and I wrote an app to leverage Watson Workspace for quicker responses.
The app announces new comments and tickets, and allows any user to query for open tickets and for all tickets assigned to themselves.
The app is written in Node JS, and this is the first time I've programmed in Javascript, so be kind :) The source is available on Github here
